Running or Jogging: which one you prefer?

Both running and jogging are aerobic exercises. If you have kids at home and you want them to introduce to healthy lifestyle, then do introduce them to jogging or running. Kids always like to do that, they keep on jumping, running and doing similar things, so why not have fun with them in the most entertaining and healthy way.

If not possible to continue as a routine or fix a schedule for that, just utilise the time you spent with kids. In this way both kids and you can spent a lot of time together and strengthen your bonds. Kids love to spend time with their parents. If we do what they like such as running, Jogging, hopping etc. It will be icing on the cake for them.

The major benefits of running or jogging are

  • They make our bones stronger and builds muscles strength, which is much needed for kids, as most of kids spent time in front of TV or mobiles. They are nowhere near to healthy habits. If their bones and muscles are made stronger now they will have a better life tomorrow.

  • Keeps our heart healthy by improving blood circulation or pumping. It also improves your body's ability to deliver oxygen to muscles.

  • Burns lot of calories and keeps our body in good shape. It maintains healthy weight.

Doing some kinds of exercise which ever may be your choice makes your day. It will feel more happier and stress free.
