Swimming: A fitness regime?


Most of us love swimming, but little know that it helps us to be fit and gives a well toned body. When the word "Fitness" or "workout" flashes most people will think of dumbbells and gyms where they sweat it out to their core, what most people don't know is swimming is also a good form of exercise where we can get whole body workout. It requires less equipment and effort, so bones, muscles are less strained.Swimming helps us to lose weight quickly and get fit.
