Yoga is not just an exercise... It is art of living


When you hear the term "Yoga" what comes in your mind? either India or any form of exercise. That's true but what most of us don't know is that it is an art of living. Yoga help us to control our body and mind, which is not possible for a normal as it is.


Yoga not only makes us strong both physically and mentally. The person who practices yoga daily really can control himself which not possible for people like us. I cannot control my anger or negative feelings. The negative feelings really destroy our body with in. Yoga gives us mental stability and a stronger body.


Yoga is not everybody's cup of tea, but who practices can really be benefitted by it. There are simplest forms of yoga that can be practiced by everybody. They are Pranayama, Surya namaskar and Savasana.


Those who like to start can start off with above said ones, they also help you to keep a watch on your health.


Those who want to seriously follow it, Then you can choose any one of them


Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa: It is hold breath for few poses. These are most simplest ones to help to built your physical and mental strengths. Meditation and different postures really make you strong from both inside and outside.
